Head over to London Eater for my guest post on the delicious First Floor Restaurant in Notting Hill. This “Golden Cross” goats cheese galette was sensational. Crispy puff pastry with just a hint of goats cheese served with confit tomatoes and ringed with basil pesto and a balsamic reduction. Just enough to whet the appetite for the rest of the meal to follow…

  2. It was a pretty simple dish actually so would be quite easy to recreate – it was all in the presentation.
